We are a growing professional renovation and reconstruction company specializing in insurance rebuilds, structural repairs, and residential & commercial renovations. We’re looking for an experienced, well-rounded carpenter who takes pride in their work, works well with clients, and thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing world of renovation and restoration.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in rough framing and exterior envelope work, adaptable on site, and understands that in insurance and renovation work, professionalism and communication matter just as much as technical skill.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Rough framing for structural repairs, additions, and rebuilds
  • Exterior envelope work including sheathing, air/vapour barriers, siding, exterior cladding details, windows, and doors
  • Interior carpentry as required during some reconstruction projects
  • Working in occupied homes and active commercial spaces
  • Reading plans, scopes, engineer reports, and site instructions
  • Solving real-world renovation challenges with professionalism
  • Communicating professionally with homeowners, project managers, and teammates
  • Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in renovation and/or insurance reconstruction
  • Strong rough framing, structural repair, and building envelope skills
  • Comfortable working in existing buildings and damage restoration environments
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Customer-service oriented and professional in people’s homes
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Own hand tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own transportation, preferably a truck
Compensation & Benefits
  • $28–$36 per hour depending on experience and skill level

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting carpenters and trades on active job sites
  • Site cleanup and organization
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Basic demolition, framing support, and general construction tasks
  • Helping keep job sites safe, clean, and productive
  • Following direction from supervisors, carpenters, and project leads
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong work ethic and a good attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors
  • Shows up on time, every day
  • Can follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  • Construction experience is an asset, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
